He and Sarah were both very dedicated in helping me find what I was looking for in the the 3-4 months that I was house-hunting. Sarah was my main contact and she was phenomenal in staying on top of events as they developed, such as new listings of houses in my preferred price range and neighborhood and in helping me with negotiations on a house, plus lots of small details about what to look for in a house that I never knew. She was always professional and courteous, and always helped to smooth the way for me in dealing with potential neighbors, home inspectors, and various home maintenance experts, when trying to determine the condition of a house I was looking at.
The bottom line is that she knew her stuff! I could count on her knowledge and expertise 100%. But the qualities that I appreciated the most were her caring attitude, her attention to detail, her day-to-day searching with me or staying in touch with me by phone or email. She provided excellent customer service, though I hardly felt like a customer, but more like an old friend. To me, that level of service deserves an A+. Thanks Sarah and Steve!

His background in construction/engineering was very helpful when looking at older homes that needed work. There was never any pressure from him to purchase something we were not comfortable with.
