See the Parade of Homes in Rough Hollow’s Bluffs

What are the latest trends in home features, landscaping and décor in Austin real estate? One way to find out is to check out the 57th Annual Home Builders Association of Greater Austin’s Parade of Homes. Seven luxury dream homes at The Bluffs in the Rough Hollow neighborhood will be on display to the public now through Sunday, October 31st.

For those contemplating buying or selling an Austin home – or if you’re just looking for something fun and different to do – the Parade of Homes might be worth a glimpse. Rough Hollow is a planned neighborhood that is located in the Lake Travis School District. It has a marina, fitness center, restaurant and even trails for hiking and biking. There are a variety of home designs, and judges have selected winners for several categories, including Best Kitchen, Best Media Room and Best Outdoor Living.

Tickets are available at the gate, with homes open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. weather permitting. The price is $15 for adults 18 and up, $12 for seniors 62 and beyond, and children ages 3 to 17. Tickets for active military personnel with ID are $10. Tickets are for sale by cash only and must be used on the day of purchase. The tour is closed on Tuesday.
